Talks
Presentations should be made in POWERPOINT and PDF formats. The PDF format will be the preferred one. The organizers advise to have both formats readily available. In case of videos or animations, it is advised to have separate files in case the powerpoint is not properly functioning.
The presentation should be uploaded at least one day before the scheduled talk.
A link has been provided to speakers to upload their material. If you are a presenter and did not receive the link, contact the organizers as soon as possible.
Length of the talks:
- Plenary talks: 40 min + 5 min questions
- Invited talks: 25 min + 5 min questions
- Standard oral talks: 15 min + 5 min questions
Due to a dense program, chairpersons will be instructed to be sharp with the timing. Try to account for this while preparing your presentations and keep at least 5 min for the discussion.
Projection setup:
- Resolution: 1920 x 1200 pixels,
- Aspect ratio: 16:10
- Minimum font size advice: 18 pt
Posters
Poster sessions are planned on Monday 7, Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 April afternoons for 1h40, together with the afternoon coffee breaks. Posters will be pinned on poster stands (see picture below). The boards are wooden made and covered with fabrics.
