The conference fee covers the expenses for participation, the book of abstracts and program, 4 lunches at the conference venue, social events (coffee breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner) and publication costs. It does not cover accommodation and traveling expenses.
The early registration is until the 13th of February 2025, at 23:59. Registration to the conference is not yet open.

Cancellation policy
- Full fee refund minus administration costs before 27.02.2025.
- 50% refund between 28.02.2025 and 31.03.2025.
- No refund after 28.03.2025.
