A meeting of scientists working on topics related to runaway electrons: theory, modelling, experiments, data analyses, diagnostic developement, mitigation systems, coordination of scientific projects, etc. REM-2017 builds on the previous REM meetings organised in Sweden (2013, 2014) and France (2015, 2016).
