Due to the unpredictable worldwide travel and reunion restrictions (covid, war...), applicants should bare in mind that
- The organizers cannot ensure that foreign participants (from the Czech Republic) will be able to freely come at the time of the summer school. In general, be aware of it when planning your venue, i.e. booking your flight tickets. The IPP will not reimburse you the journey in case you cannot travel. In particular, delivery of visa might also be problematic when coming from abroad.
- The event might be canceled on short notice.
- This condition does not hold anymore for most countries at the time of writing (30.03.2022). Participants may have to stay in quarantine prior/after the event. They may have to provide a negative PCR test prior arriving to the Czech Republic or upon arrival. Coming back to their countries may also be subject to different regulations. Wearing a mask (FFP2) may be mandatory inside and outside public areas. All those decisions are not up to the organizers but bounded to the regulations of the Czech Republic and other nations.
The organizers are deeply sorry for the extra trouble that these measures bring to the participants. They hope, nevertheless, that the event can take place and to meet all of you in Prague.
