we cordially invite you to take part in the 29th edition of the Symposium on Fusion Technology (SOFT 2016) that will be held for the first time in Prague, Czech Republic, from 5th to 9th September 2016. The event is organized jointly by the Institute of Plasma Physics of the CAS and the Research Centre Rez, two principal institutes engaged in the research of thermonuclear fusion and fusion technologies within the Czech Republic.
The biennial Symposium on Fusion Technology is the leading conference in this field in Europe. It regularly attracts more than 800 scientists, engineers, industry representatives and exhibitors from all over the world and focuses on the latest developments on running and planned fusion experiments. SOFT includes oral and poster presentations as well as industrial and R&D exhibitions. Prague offers you a unique combination of charming, mysterious and inspiring atmosphere of one of the most preserved historic cities in Europe with the modern infrastructures and lively spirit of growth and development.
