Traveling
Traveling expenses to Prague is borne to the participants and cannot be covered by the IPP Prague. Participants in master and from EU can apply for FUSENET support individually.
Accommodation
Accommodation of participants is covered by the participation fee and will be arranged in the DUO hotel. All students are required to stay in the same hotel to encourage socialization.
Participation fee
The cost for participation to the event is 850 EUR. This amount is used entirely for the event and IPP Prague does not retain any profit.
It includes:
- Accommodation for 13 days with breakfast to the 4 stars hotel DUO. The room will be shared by two students of the same gender.
- Social events such as coffee breaks and welcome party
It does not include
- Daily allowances
- travel expenditures
Accepted applicants will receive payment details (bank transfer) after the notice of acceptance. The fee must be settled before the event begins.
Local students: Students living in Prague will pay a reduced fee of 250 EUR (without accommodation).
Applying for the IPP grant
The organizing institution (IPP Prague) will provide selected students with a grant covering the accommodation. In that case, the fee for participation will be reduced to 250 EUR. The grant will be awarded providing the student's stay is not covered by another funding scheme.
