Organization
- The meeting room will be available for the whole two days of the meeting.
- Desks with power outlets will be arranged.
- Videoconferencing (H323) will be available.
How to get there
The meeting will take place in the main building (Za Slovankou 3, Praha 8) of the Institute of Plasma Physics in Prague. The contact information is on our web page: http://www.ipp.cas.cz/o-ufp/kontakt/. The main building is the red drop in the map.
Accommodation
We recommend to stay at Hotel Duo: http://www.hotelduo.cz/default-en.html. We have a possibility (not guaranteed) to book rooms at Hotel Duo for a fixed rate of 1300 CZK per night (incl. breakfast). Please contact us by email in case you would like to book the hotel.
Catering
- We will organize buffet lunches. Most likely, cold sandwiches the first day and schnitzel with potato salad the second day.
- A social working dinner will be organized in Hotel Duo on Tue, Jan 16.
